Co-operative Socialism and Incomes

I offered:
Lucy: the plan for Co-operative Socialism calls for a socially-determined level of income in/equality.
Accordingly, the Secon Chamber would make a pair of Annual Recommendations to the Elected First Chamber as to:
A) the £-amount of the guaranteed Living Income payment that should be made to every person normally-resident in that Country's jurisdiction, and,
B) the maximum amount in £-per-hour that should be paid to people who do paid work: it would be a matter, then, for each workplace to determine, as they see fit, the distribution of paid-work pay levels in their own workplace, based on that Socially-determined pay-for-work upper limit.

Where The Blockage to Progress lies
I have been led to consider where the blockage to progress lies.
When I lived in The London Borough of Bromley, it was noticeable how many retired Trade Union General Secretaries were living very comfortable lives there, alternating their days resisting even a discussion on our plan for Co-operative Socialism . . . and playing golf.
Those life styles rely on comfortable, for them, not their retired members (less still us, the long-term unemployed and, thus, ex-members).
Those fat 'Occupational' Pensioners don't have to scrape along using coffee and tea 'whiteners', as those of us who gave had the unusual grace to *survive* to State Pensionable age.
No! Cabernet and Sauvignon for them and their wives.
The same is true for the Co-operative Retail Societies.
Their Employee Pension Funds are 'invested' (or trapped as hostages) in the Capitalists' Stock Market.
And so, those 'Senior' employees, The Trades Union General Secretaries, Co-operative Society CEO's, along with Labour Party General Secretaries, Fabian Society General Secretaries, Co-operatives UK/Co-operative Union General Secretaries and CEOs are Quislings, by default, for Capitalism/Zionism.
That's where the blockage lies: those 'Leaders' Above-fair Occupation Pensions.
Funded by The Capitalists' Stock Market.
To our detriment.

The True Progressive Path
Since I wrote this, inequality has been increased.
As a result, the four extreme corners of the Four-Quadrant Personality Map have been more highly populated.
Consequently, the Four Extreme Pathologies (all initiated, I conjecture, by toxic surfeits of the four Quadrant-associated neuroactive imbalances) are dominating society.
Those Extreme Pathologies seem to be:
Ultra-Orange Pathology: Libertarian Anarchism
Ultra-Gold Pathology: Dogmatic Authoritarian Racist, Monarchist, Conservative Nationalist Nazism
Ultra-Green Pathology: Dogmatic Authoritarian Know-it-all, Fake-Progressive Marxism
Ultra-Blue Pathology: Off-with-the-fairies, Individualism
Upon reflection, therefore, the True Progressive path is a Horizontalist balance: of 'Freedom-within-Co-operative Society' ie, of the Order that creates good health and appropriate security, with, in equal measure, the 'Freedom to be Contribute and be Creative, For The Common Good'.
Of course, that's what our living plan for true Co-operative Socialism is all about!
