My teaching method is a matter of co-learning. Much in the style of the Nuffield approach:
Ie: experience, discussion, contextualisation in the light of present paradigms.
Rather than the didactic approach, which inverts that
Ie: the trainers announces, 'how it is', followed by a demonstration (by the trainer pretending to be a teacher) of ' how it is', followed by the 'pupils-as-trainees' demonstrating their understanding (under-standing to Authority) as Compliance to Authority.
