My teaching method is a matter of co-learning. Much in the style of the Nuffield approach:
Ie: experience, discussion, contextualisation in the light of present paradigms.
Rather than the didactic approach, which inverts that
Ie: the trainers announces, 'how it is', followed by a demonstration (by the trainer pretending to be a teacher) of ' how it is', followed by the 'pupils-as-trainees' demonstrating their understanding (under-standing to Authority) as Compliance to Authority.
So, here is the Thesis:
A) we know from the book, 'The Spirit Level', that, as Income Inequality increases, human relationships break down, including Marriage Breakdowns,
B) that as Marriages break down, more children are not going to successfully pass through both Oedipal Phases (see the book, 'Families and How to Survive Them'),
C) as a consequence we end up with more Adults incompletely developed and, thus, subconciously angry.
D) it is propsed that Anger is the result of mistreatment and that anger results in a trapped cycle of violence (incuding self-harming) and depression (see the diagram in the book, 'Policies for a Just Society', its precursor, 'Ceremonies of Innocence' and my development of the cited-diagram.
E) the solution to breaking that trapped cycle of anger/violene/depression is, it is proposed, Befriending which, thus, leads to Constructive Activity (such Befriending occurs, for example, in the 'Andys Man Club' sessions.
G) the sustainable solution is, therefore, such Constructive Befriending *plus* political/social action to prevent Income Inequality from existing (or, at least, persisting at its present National and Global levels.
H) hence our plan and process called 'Co-operative Socialism': for which, see the CCPA Monitor Reader on Co-operative Socialism'as a free PDF at www.interestfreemoney.org/papers (noting that the email address there is no longer operational).
Within each one of us is the struggle between God (generosity) and The Devil (Satan: our fearfulness).
For 15,000 years, Satan has had the upper hand (because of the invention of 'Mine' due to the invention of Agriculture and, this Private Property).

The Process to Achieve Co-operative Socialism
1) The election of MPs who will initiate a House of Commons Debate:
'That This House shall adopt, implement and Annually-Audit, Review, Celebrate and, as necessary, Adjust by Social-Agreement, the plan for Co-operative Socialism (as given for example in the CCPA Reader at www.interestfreemoney.org/papers.'
2) Forthwith, by each Summer Recess, The House of Lords should make, Annually, a recommendation to the House of Commons as to two monetary-levels, a) the £-amount of the Living Income for Everyone (a 'LIFE' for all), and, b) the maximum £-amount and equivalents, above which no paid-work should be received.
Our plan for Co-operative Socialism, #truesocialism, as briefly as I can:
1) Convert all workplaces into appropriate Co-operatives (of which there are only four),
2) Abolish Rent, Interest and Profits (and, so, a Money, Banking and Finance System that is interest-free and not-for-profit),
3) A guaranteed, not-means-tested, Living Income for Everyone, a 'LIFE', and an Income Maximum, Socially-determined (so that no-one has too little and no-one has too much) with most human needs Community-provided and Free-at-the-point of use (ie, #truesocialism) Retaining money as a means to discretionary purchases for as long as Society considers necessary.
4) An end to Third-World Loans (ie an end to Global Warfare, Grants-as-requested instead).
Ie: All our sisters our brothers, and all our brothers our sisters: an end to Divide-And-Rule. A Global Co-operative Commonweal of Co-operative Care, composed of Democratic Socialist Co-operative Commonwealths:
Peace, happiness, creativity, contribution, health, eco-love and lives lived well , for all, by all, to all, in All!
Our Fair World Objective: To have each Sovereign House of Commons (or its equivalent) Adopt, Implement and Annually Audit, Celebrate and, as deemed Democratically needed, Adjust, as necessary, our Plan and Process called Co-operative Socialism.
Why? So that society determines, for the Health and Wellbeing of Everyone and Everything, the Fair Income Distribution. So, that, no-one receives too little and no-one takes too much: For The Common Good/Le bien Commune. The Fair World Project.

I offered:

The 'Our' aspect is in two parts: firstly, although I initiated the plan back in 1994/5, two other groups helped complete it: The Social Credit Party pointed out that I hadn't included the matter as to how money is created in the first place. Secondly, The Communist Party of Great Britain (in North London) pointed out that they wished to abolish money altogether. So that went in, also.
Secondly, the 'Our' refers to to people and organisations that have already adopted Our Plan for Co-operative Socialism. I'll ennumerate them in a separate message.
As to George Galloway, The Workers' Party etc, I'll also post separately soon.

A guaranteed Living Income for Everyone, a Socially-determined Upper Income level, and most human needs provided on a Community-provided, Free-at-the-point of use basis.
Global peace and Co-operative Care by all and their workplace Co-operatives. No poverty, no greed, no harm.
After about 13 years, both of my fitted bed sheerts have ripped. My flat flannelette top sheets likewise.
Human beings need lots of mainly two-dimensional material items: sheets, clothes, walls, roofs, writing, etc, paper. But Mother Natures mostly provides largely one-dimensional and three-dimensional materials (fibres, trees, etc for the former, rocks, including frozen water as examples of the latter.
Hence work by us, The Worked Class, the 88%. Parasiticed by the 2%, The Thieves of those Natural, God-containg, Resources, and their hired Assassins, the 10%.
The solution is our plan and process.

Here in the UK, supporters of a 'Mixed Economy' nowadays are Social Democrats: the right-wings of The (New Zionist) Labour Party and of The Co-operative Party, along with One-Nation Macmillanite Conservatives likewise. Fibs? One never knows from one side of lunch to the other. Nats? Always a mixture.
One hundred years' ago, The Social Democratic Federation of H M Hyndman were out-and-out Marxists so terms change/are changed over time.
Ps I'm not, nor ever was 'A Communist' and my form of #truesocialism is not that of the 'Nationalise Everything' #wokeMarxists like Morrison and Webb. Equally, I'm not an anarchist believing in the abolition of 'The State'.
Rather, my/our plan envisages each Nation State as being Internationalist (ie, Inter-Nationalist as in 'Between-Nations' not in the #InternationalMarxism 'sense') and each Nation State being the Servant/Facilitator of each Nation as a Co-operative Commonwealth (composed of local and national Co-operative Commonwealths). With every Co-operative Commonwealth creating, thereby, by their adherence to the Co-operative Definition, Values and Principles (see the ICA Statement as archived at www.interestfreemoney/papers), a global Co-operative Commonweal (ie the Wellness of all in The Wellness of All).
Hence Points 6 and 7 of our plan (as also on that web-page):
Co-operative Socialism Plan, Point 6: 'Grants not loans to other Countries, not interest-bearing loans to 'Third World Countries' in need: an end to money, banking and finance as globalised warfare.

In more detail, the Process that the plan for Co-operative Socialism envisages involved The Second Chamber (ie in the UK, The House of Lords: as is or as repopulated on a Citizens'Jury, Randomocracy basis: ie, not! Elected) making two recommendations to the First, Elected Chamber (ie in the UK, The Constituency-elected House of Commons, as now), by the end of July each year, as to the £-amount of the 'Living Income for Everyone': A LIFE for all and the Maximum Income for Paid Work in both £-terms and as a multiplier of the £-LIFE Amount. Then for The House of Commons to issue its response to those Two Recommendations by the end of October each year as part of its Annual Audit, Celebration and Review of the Impementation of the plan for Co-operative Socialism.

'Production for use entered the U. S. political scene once. The muckraking journalist and novelist Upton Sinclair made it the centerpiece of his 1934 End Poverty In California gubernatorial campaign. In the middle of the Great Depression, his plan was to put idled factories together with unemployed workers and farmers finding it difficult to find buyers for their crops in a statewide production for use network tied together by its own medium of exchange. Receipts given to farmers for their produce, or tool makers for their time on the factory line, would be exchangeable at any store or factory in the system. The proposal got around the prohibition against states issuing their own currency by not being universally exchangeable- "for all debts, public and private". Even though a Sinclair administration would accept them in payment of taxes, it was not currency because it wasn’t a medium of exchange outside the network.18 We will never know if Sinclair’s E.P.I.C. plan would have worked. The powers that be were terrified of Sinclair’s campaign and mounted the first ever coordinated, dark money, misinformation through the mass media, campaign against him. Abandoned by FDR and the national Democratic Party, whose candidate he was, Sinclair was defeated.19
I hope, therefore, that everyone here supports the replacement of Marxism and Capitalism by Co-operative Socialism.

The following are responses to some questions posed:
1. (Because you say it is nonsense to have debt or interest) you are presumably proposing debt-free issuance i.e.'printed money' jissued without repayment.
^j yes: how can The Commnity owe The Community debts or deplete itself by paying itself interest?
Yes, Community-created money: just as ina LETS scheme, but as, as it were, a Nation-wide LETS Scheme.
But the questions still remain and you (who are fully aware of the relevance of the questions) should answer them.
Debt-free issuance (e.g. for a basic income for everybody) is not related in any way to the actual production of wealth and so would create a massive hyper-inflation (e.g., 'banana republics' or Weimar). The prospect terrifies people.
And, don't forget, the World Economic Forum says that the vast majority of people will soon be without work. The WEF -- cunning blighters -- solves the problem by proposing a tiny basic income (from taxation) and, of course, at the same time, a reduction in the number of the 'useless people' (that is the description used by the WEF) probably to around 7% of the present population total.
j^ yes the WEF has tried to co-opt our plan (and I can explain how they, most likely did so) and, because it is a Satanic Organisation, it has the population elimination target that you describe: Covid was just its limbering-up exercise.
In practice, large-scale debt-free issuance is not only highly infationary but also increases capital concentration in the hands of the rich -- see the history of most South American countries which have wide rich-poor division and high inflation.

j^ Since all workplaces will be appropriate Co-operatives and all need, until the use of money withers away, yes: all workplaces with need Working Capital, Interest-free to avoid, ultimately, soil-fertility-depletion. Solidarity Economy Co-operatives of both types (Community Co-operatives in the Monopoly Sector of the economy and Worker Co-operatives in the Diversity-of-Provision Sector of the economy) will not have the income to repay its Working Capital income, while the two types of Co-operatives in the Co-operative Social Economy (Monopoly as Community Co-operatives and Worker Co-operatives in the Diversity of Provision, 'Market' Sector of the economy) will return their Financial Surpluses into 'The Common Purse' for subsequent distribution and use.
3. I am very interested in your view of the Mondragon region in Spain and its co-operatives. They have expanded; give ownership to ordinary people and have low chief executive/worker salary ratios (which you, commendably, have always identified as a key issue,)
They are ideal for interest-free money because the overall effect would be to spread ownership to ordinary people.. Anything wrong with that

In January 2020 I was expelled from The Labour Party because of my views of capitalism and of Israel.
With no hearing (one had been promised) or appeal (because of no hearing, presumably). That saga continues with a Subject Access Request being continuously balked by The Labour Party, despite pressure (so stated) by the Information Commissioner's Office.
Upon recommendation and subsequent election, I was, then elected to the Labour Campaign for Free Speech. Only to be expelled within a week or so for having the wrong opinions.
Similar efforts are now underway to have me expelled as a Quaker from our Religious Society of Friends. Again, unwelcome views and Ministry of me, from mr.
The Common Factor in all this is that the new Conservative Power is the same as the old Marxist Power: Authoritarianism backed up with force (physical-, financial- and/or mental- violence).
Thus, as an example, the Neoliberal Thatcherite New Culture Forum participants bewail their loss of power to tell everyone what to do and detest the fact that the new/old Neoconservative Conservative Party and Government are, now, telling *them* what to do. The phrase, 'They don't like it up 'em' comes to mind.
So, what to do?
Answer: a) keep telling the truth, b) keep promoting the power-free alternative.
