I send love continuously to everyone all the time.
And, then, verbally as I switch out the light at sleeping time.
When, again verbally, I thank our Father in Heaven.
I never add asks or requests.
Because He Knows every trouble on, and in, our hearts.
He loves us.
Unconditionally.
